Kristin Arnold Ruyle, a seasoned television industry professional with over three decades of experience, has made Tampa her home for the past 25 years. Transitioning from her successful career in television, she now excels as an Agent with Impact Reality, specializing in properties in South Tampa and its surrounding areas.

Originally from Albany, NY, Kristin pursued her education at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh before earning her Master of Fine Arts in Television Production from Brooklyn College. Her journey in the industry led her to roles such as an associate producer at Time Warner New Media in New York and a producer with MTV Networks.

In 1999, Kristin brought her wealth of knowledge and expertise to the University of South Florida, where she became a Professor of Practice. After a 23-year tenure at USF, Kristin made the transition into real estate.

Beyond academia, Kristin remains actively engaged in the Tampa community through her involvement with organizations such as the Junior League of Tampa, Delta Phi Epsilon sorority, and Christ the King Catholic Church.
